Launch 'grails run-app' with options:

-v | --grails-version  Specify grails version
-r | --remote-host     Run 'grails run-app' with -Dserver.host={your-ip} option
-p | --port            Run 'grails run-app' with -Dserver.port={value}
-h | --help            Display help

Anchors in Markdown

To create an anchor to a heading in github flavored markdown. Add - characters between each word in the heading and wrap the value in parens (#some-markdown-heading) so your link should look like so:

Locate the section for your github remote in the .git/config file. It looks like this:

	fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
	url = [email protected]:joyent/node.git

Now add the line fetch = +refs/pull/*/head:refs/remotes/origin/pr/* to this section. Obviously, change the github url to match your project's URL. It ends up looking like this:
