Neovim rename namespace failing

Renaming a namespace or a filename does not allow LSP to update related occurrances.

The Neovim Error suggests that Neovim client does not support prepareRename, even with https://github.com/antosha417/nvim-lsp-file-operations plugin

Error on prepareRename: Can't rename - client does not support file renames.
