- Contest start date is August 8th, 2017. Payment and weigh in are allowed until August 24th, 2017
- All Contestants are required to Pay 100$ deposit to Praneet Bachheti(PayPal: [email protected]).
- All Contestants are required to take their initial FAT percent measurements done by Nate Capuchino Manager of Juniper fitness center by the end of August 24th, 2017.
- FAT percent measurements are taken in TWO ways. One using Handheld machine(Visceral) and Other using Callipers(Subcutaneous). Nate will keep track of all measurements. Net Fat percentage will be an average of both Handheld-Machine and Callipers.
- Contest Ends on November 22, 2017 just before Thanksgiving holidays. Contestants need to have their Final measurements done by Nate before November 22, 2017. Any measurements taken after November 22nd will NOT BE CONSIDERED.
- Winning is decided based on Percentage Loss of Measured Body Fat percentage.

In the above example, even though person X lost 6% of his BF but his net Loss is 20% as compared to Person Y who lost 5% of his BF but a Net loss of 25%. Person Y is the WINNER
The first 4 participants whose Net Loss is highest are declared winners.
- 4th winner gets 10% of total
- 3rd winner gets 15% of total
- 2nd winner gets 25% of total
- 1st winner gets 50% of total
