Strange Reminder does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
- Zero Server Infrastructure: Strange Reminder operates entirely locally on your device. We do not operate external servers, databases, or cloud tracking services.
- Local Data Storage: All of your reminders, tasks, notes, checklists, snooze settings, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device using iOS local storage.
- No Network Requests: The app does not connect to the internet, make external API requests, or send telemetry data.
Strange Reminder requests minimal iOS system permissions required solely for its local functionality:
- Local Notifications Permission: Used exclusively to schedule local push notifications on your device at the times specified by your reminders. Notification processing takes place entirely on your device and is never routed through external servers.
- No Third-Party SDKs: Strange Reminder does not contain third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel), advertising SDKs, or social media tracking frameworks.
- No Advertising Identifiers: We do not access or collect Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA).
If you voluntarily contact us for support or feedback via email, your email address and any information provided in your communication will be used solely to respond to your inquiry. We DO NOT sell, rent, or use your email for marketing lists.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.
