Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Monkey 996 Stickers mobile application ("Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or accessing Monkey 996 Stickers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
Subject to these Terms, Monkey 996 Stickers grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
- Local Storage: This app functions purely as an iMessage Sticker Pack. All associated assets are bundled within the app.
- Data Backups: You are solely responsible for backing up your device and data. Monkey 996 Stickers does not store or maintain cloud backups of your data.
- Deletion: Deleting the Application will remove it from your iMessage drawer.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Monkey 996 Stickers does not warrant that:
- The Application will function uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Monkey 996 Stickers or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
