.DESCRIPTION
   Retrieves the Computer Geolocation using 'GeoCoordinateWatcher' Or
   'curl\ipapi.co' API (aprox location) if the 'GeoCoordinateWatcher'
   API fails to retrieve the coordinates from the host device.

.NOTES
   Administrator privileges are not required to resolve Geo Location
   using 'GeoCoordinateWatcher', but they are required if the cmdlet
   requires to create registry hive\keys in HKLM hive to 'allow' for
   the GeoLocation on host device. Alternative 'curl\ipapi.co' API
   does NOT require any dependencies beside access to network (iwr)

.Parameter PublicAddr
   Display public ip addr? (default: true)

.EXAMPLE
   PS C:\> .\Get-ComputerGeolocation.ps1
   Get the Computer's geographical location

.EXAMPLE
   PS C:\> .\Get-ComputerGeolocation.ps1 -PublicAddr 'false'
   Get the Computer's geographical location (hidde public ip)
