UPDATE - I now just use https://5sim.net and choose England as the country (it works the best for me)!
- Install a VPN, such as Riseup or ProtonVPN (Windscribe should be fine, too) and connect to it (because who knows what LDPlayer is collecting) [If you can pay, make sure to get MullvadVPN instead!]
- Install a sketchy Android emulator called LDPlayer (make sure to reject all bloatware)
- If you're on Linux, use Waydroid instead!
- If you're on Windows 11, use WSA instead!
- If you're not a wannabe-script-kidde like me, use Android-x86!
- Install and activate the trustworthy open-source firewall Portmaster and make sure that it blocks all ads etc. in the settings
- In LDPlayer, create a Google account (using a temp mail, of course)
- Install the polish app 2nr - Drugi Number
- Generate a number and use it to receieve the verification code
