ESPHome interface for Samsung EX-Link Serial Interface

Idea stolen from https://github.com/Deraen/theframecontroller/tree/master

• Requires ESP32
• Requires Home Assistant
• Requires 3.5mm headphone adapter
• Requires MAX3232
• Requires ESPHome
• Requires SamsungTV with EX-Link port
• Requires Samsung TV set to Hotel mode

I wasn't able to find any documentation for responses, so I ran a bunch of queries and kept the results below. I'm not sure what the mute and volume mean because I use external speakers.
