Hello artists! We have been given our new projects!. We are tasked to create some masterpieces based on a given theme. The paintings will be proudly displayed at the White House next Monday.
We will form the same teams we have for project 3.

- will paint the best theme park in NY.

- will paint the best aquarium in NY.

- will paint the best baseball stadium in NY.

PROJECT BACKLOG CREATION (5m)
- Each team will choose one member to be the "Director".
- The Director for each team has to come up with a list of specifications for the painting like:
- As a visitor for the Zoo I should be able to see black panthers in a cage.
- As a visitor for the haunted house I should be able to see a green zombie crawling towards a house.
- These specifications have to be detailed and describe each item in the picture, there should be at least 9 to begin with.

SPRINT CYCLE - We will have 3 sprint cycles for this project. (25m each)
- SPRINT PLANNING (2m)
- From the backlog of specifications, the team will meet and choose one user story per artist.
- The artist will be responsible for completing this task by the end of the sprint.
- SPRINTS (20m)
- Each artist will be working on their assigned specifications (drawings)
- SPRINT REVIEW/RETROSPECTIVE (3m)
- When the Sprint is done, the team has to meet again and put together all the drawings to form the shippable product (the final painting).
- The team also has to discuss any feedback about the process and make changes accordingly.
