install node red flow

then click Ready to connect

1. go to nodered inside your home assistant instance
2. import this flow

3. click deploy.
4. create a long lived by clicking on your profile(last menu item in left sidebar menu), then security,
5. create token named nodered
6. copy token
7. go back to nodered flow and click on the tab of the imported flow, then environment variables, then 
paste in the token from previous step.
8. you can now advance in the tv app.
