Extracted from the edit view of the "ISO_3166-1" Wikipedia article and parsed with following regex:

\|-\n\|.*\[\[(?:.*\|)?([^\]]+)\]\].*\n.*\{\{mono\|([^\}]+)\}\}.*\{\{mono\|([^\}]+)\}\}.*\{\{mono\|([^\}]+)\}\}.*

replaced with following expression:

"\1","\2","\3","\4"

NB: The double quotes are necessary because some country names contain comas.
