Answer the questions who are you, why are you here, what's next? Consider:
Your strengths: what makes you the "hero" of this story?
My strenghts include responsibility, relator, restorative, learner and strategic. I do believe my strengths have pushed me in a postiive direction inorder to overcome adversity.
How have you grown at Turing? What obstacles have you overcome?
my growth of at Turing has consisted mainly of stepping outside of my box and earning to become uncomfortable in a new channel.
What turning points led you to make this career change? Major life changing events fueled a desire to change. Also after 6000+ days in the automotive industry I could honestly say I had enough and wanted to seek out a more creative avenue to explore
What does your third act look like? How does transitioning to this career bring some closure to this narrative arc?
the story does not end but begins, with new skills and drive I feel like the next chapter has yet to be written.
Describe c
This mod we had two exclusively paired projects. The first Game Time and the second was Weatherly. Implementation of Agile practices on these projects were not necessarily "Text Book" per say. Since the lecture on such practices was given after game time the cycle was not followed as closely. I would say the pairing with Margo on Weatherly we did define and identify certain tasks to complete on a regular basis using waffle and planning the day. It gave us a much better jumping poin to tackle the project. Moving forward in future pairing, I will build off my experience with game time and and use the tools that worked well and implement other methods outlined in Agile practices.
# Feedback III Reflection
* What are you doing well as a pair programmer and collaborator? How do you use your strengths as a team member? I believe my best key strengths as a collaborator would be Responsibility and Learner. Responsibility in the sense that I believe in finishing the tasks I set out to do. With Learner I believe I have a genuine appreciation for the learning process. I do enjoy more figuring out how to make things work than I do seeing the end result.
* How would you like to continue to develop your strengths? Through collaborative efforts with others I would like to get more feed back from those who I work with on how they see me as a partner and identify with my strengths
* What would you like to improve on as a teammate? I would like to be more open to others input. In the past I am not certain that I truly has appreciated what others had to say both good and not so good. I think listening to others input would help me solidify my strengths and be a better teammate.

# Feedback II Reflection
* Date of feedback conversation: 07/21/2017
* How did you prepare for the conversation? Made notes of key points that were both challenging and rewarding to discuss with Jason. Also made notes on the project eval and the responses that we had received from Mike L.
* How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult? Over all the conversation went very well. Jason and I have known each other for some time which made discusiing everything including the challenging topics extremely easy. Listening to his feed back on how I and we both performed was excellent. I feel as though feed back from him is more valuable to me than that of others because I know that it is genuine and sincere.
* What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation? I mainly used Appreciation and Coaching in my feed back to Jason. I let him know how much I appreciated his efforts as well as the help that he gave me when working through the project. I

# Strengths & Storytelling Reflection #2 Guidelines
* Think back to last module compared to this module. How have you changed? How have your strengths helped you with your progress? Where are you stronger now than on day 1 of last module? Think about your progress both in terms of your technical and professional strengths.
* Looking back over the past (almost) 12 weeks at Turing I think I have changed tremendously since day 1. Having to repeat Mod1 was one of the most humbling and productive things I have ever done. I have seen all my strengths come to light in full force this go around with the emphasis on Restorative and Responsibility as I made a commtiment to myself to repeat but this time succeed in the areas I did not last time. Learner, also stood out, obviously. I belive I took the lessons presented to me stpes further in independent study in attempt to fully understand the big picture.
* Even though your Turing story isn't finished yet, what do you envision for your development in future mod
# Strengths & Storytelling Reflection Guidelines
Build on your professional story by thinking about how you're progressing at Turing. Answer the questions below in your own gist to use your StrengthsFinder themes to add to your story:
* Look at your initial StrengthsFinder reflection that you completed in week 1 -- how have your perceptions of the top 5 themes stayed the same? How have they changed?
* How are you different today than when you first started at Turing? How are you stronger now than on day 1? How have you struggled? Much like last time I am greatly humbled, more so today than last mod about from my experience here. I have been challenged each and every day to push myslef to my limits and then a little further. I am digging deep into my strength of leaner and reposnibility to further my knowledge annd not give up.
* Considering how you describe these themes, how do you want others to see you as you continue to progress through Turing?
No matter how challenging this program becomes and
