INSTALAR LIBRERÍAS EN EL SISTEMA

sudo apt-get install libglpk-dev glpk-utils glpk-doc libglpk40 libgmp10 libgmpxx4ldbl

INSTALAR LIBRERÍAS DE PYTHON

mkdir ~/pyfba

Modulo PyGLPK

cd ~/pyfba
git clone [email protected]:bradfordboyle/pyglpk.git
cd pyglpk
make
make install

Instalar ModelSEEDDatabase

cd ~/pyfba
git clone [email protected]:ModelSEED/ModelSEEDDatabase.git

Requisitos PyFBA

pip install python-libsbml-experimental
pip install lxml
pip install beautifulsoup4

Instalar PyFBA

export ModelSEEDDatabase=~/pyfba/ModelSEEDDatabase
export PYFBA_MEDIA_DIR=~/pyfba/marco/PyFBA/media
pip install pyfba
