Video clips selected will play one after another in the player.

yes we can do it. The question is only in details. What are the requirements and order of video clips. I think we can start develop, and ask client for details.

Do we have only line item id as a parameter for our custom targeting data? What is we need to have Gender + age + geo + music interests etc?

As discussed in PVT: yes, you are totally right! on each user click it will send data.
The last user click in database for us will be his final configuration - color, wheel, image and car title etc - will use to show to user his params.
