The last curl statement is timing out.
It seems to work with curl -fsSkL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cask/cask/master/go | python.

I got a similar error (Error 503 Backend unavailable, connection timeout
) on a different URL (https://raw.github.com/rejeep/evm/master/go), it seemsraw.github.com isn't working:

https://status.github.com says "Everything is operating normally.", not sure if github stops supporting raw.github.com.
