TL;DR

  • a RAM é boa, a CPU é lenta - porém é só 2GB. Precisa de 4GB pra ficar suave.

troque a CPU!!!1111 meta um par de RAM mais rapida e maior --> 2 x 2GB DDR3 1600MHz com latencias custom pra OC

ou

troque a RAM pra uma de maior capacidade... mantendo o esquema de ser um par igual ou de mesma frequencia

Inspecionando as 2 memórias instaladas

  • dois pentes iguais de PC3-10700 - 1 GB cada

  • possível limitação ds FSB --> memória com gargalho, rodando a frequência mais lenta!

  • colocar 2 x 2GB ou 2 x 4GB de PC3-10700 é mais barato que usar 1x 4GB de qualquer outro tipo, visto que não vai mais rápido que 667 MHz por conta do FSB da CPU.

Investigar CPU

  • Pentium Dual Core E5800 Wolfdale! Bom!
  • limitação de FSB... que merda. O barramento fica mais lento por conta da CPU velha.
  • um Core 2 Duo ou Core 2 Quad faria diferença. A placa-mãe faria OC do FSB e tiraria o limite: podendo usar a RAM com o clock mais rápido suportado por ela.
