We don’t want to lie to you – we haven’t been using Folders for a long time now. It was created to be a better alternative to Campfire and although we had a couple of really good ideas, they never caught traction with a lot of people. Currently we’re using http://slack.com and we recommend you switch to it as well.
Folders will close down on May 1, 2015. Please write to [email protected] if you want us to export your data.
