You don’t have to build faces out of cobblestone blocks (but you can try). Depending on level of detail and avatar recognition, you can receive a creative prize: a Knockback III Battle Sign.

The ship must be a min diameter of 50 blocks, at least 8 high and built above y=64 while the White House is on the ground level in Overworld. Creative designs of both the building, the ship and the energy beam (be as creative as you want with it) blowing up the White House will get a stack of Emerald Ore blocks (which you will be able to use to build in the Nether only).
