Notes on building nginx as a static binary.

Thanks for gist. Everything still true.
But i use clang (sic!) for build and pass "-static" to cc-opt (--with-cc-opt).

Great, thank you very much. I created a repo with the script using latest versions of nginx 1.5.x and added it to a drone.io build: https://github.com/micw/nginx-static-1.5.x
