Navigate to the deleted repo, e.g. https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:https://github.com/apcera/termtables
Copy latest known commit sha1 signature
Go to https://github.com/search
Type REPONAME fork:only language:X
Ensure at least one sha1 signature in the fork commit list matches the one known to be in the original repo
If it matches, use the fork
