We were asked to make a T chart and put in what is wrong about the feedback we have received and what is right (or what we can learn from that feedback. I can say in all honesty that I haven't been triggered by any feedback I've had here at Turing. One partner pointed out that I needed to improve at keyboard shortcuts and workflow (and he was right), the next one encouraged me to avoid getting for too long when presented with something difficult and to take breaks now and then (and she was right), and the next one gave similar feedback, encouraging me to avoid getting bogged down and taking rabbit trails (and he was right). | |
So far the feedback I have received has been helpful, not frustrating, and I haven't experienced the triggers that are being talked about today. If anything, they took it too easy on me. Instead, I can agree that each had a valid point when they said something that might be taken as a challenge. |
