Open a webpage that uses the CA with Firefox
Click the lock-icon in the addressbar -> show information -> show certificate
the certificate viewer will open
click details and choose the certificate of the certificate-chain, you want to import to CentOS
click "Export..." and save it as .crt file
Copy the .crt file to /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors on your CentOS machine
run update-ca-trust extract
test it with wget https://thewebsite.org

Install & Configure

Install DNSMasq

$ brew install dnsmasq

Install DNSCrypt-proxy

$ brew install dnscrypt-proxy

Tested, works!

Install

GPG and git on macOS

Setup

No need for homebrew or anything like that. Works with https://www.git-tower.com and the command line.

Install https://gpgtools.org -- I'd suggest to do a customized install and deselect GPGMail -- or you might try doing brew cask install gpg-suite.
Create or import a key -- see below for https://keybase.io
Run gpg --list-secret-keys or gpg --list-secret-keys --keyid-format LONG and look for sec, use the key ID for the next step.
Configure git to use GPG -- replace the key with the one from gpg --list-secret-keys
