    • How can we use these insights to improve our products or services?

  4. Sustainability and Social Responsibility

    • How are our business practices aligned with sustainability and social responsibility?
    • What steps can we take to improve our sustainability efforts and social impact?

  5. Workforce Development

    • How does our current workforce align with our business goals?
    • Do we have any skill gaps that need to be addressed?
    • What strategies can we use to attract, develop, and retain top talent?

  6. Review of Previous Year
