Hack to use gmaps4rails acts_as_gmappable with rails 2

Put 'gmaps4rails2_hack.rb' into lib directory and 'init_gmaps4rails2.rb' into initializers.

'gmaps4rails2_hack.rb' is 'lib/gmaps4rails/acts_as_gmappable.rb', without the rails 3 module ActiveSupport::Concern.
