Hi, quick question: what are the licensing terms of this code? I'd like to use about 9 lines of this for Jupyter's nbconvert, which is BSD-licensed, specifically lines around 53-63. Would you be OK if we use that code in Jupyter, with due attribution?

It is lines 60 to 62 which were added to the default LaTeX template.
NOTE: you need the caption package of LaTeX, included in most LaTeX
packages.
