I created my own turn server using this node package, using a small js script running through node.

What is the best site today for free turn services? Is openrelay limited in traffic?

openrelay is limited to 500MB included monthly TURN usage.
There is no unlimited TURN sevice.
https://freeturn.net/ is free, but limited in bandwith, not in traffic.

Cloudflare now has Calls, with a 1TB/month free TURN usage, then $0.05/GB

You said you were able to set up a Coturn server on amazon web services can you kindly provide how you did so? I am facing issues setting up mine. AWS has a free tier online for a year and I plan to use it for my Coturn but keep facing issues.
