How to automatically prepend git commit with a branch name

The hook now accepts branches in the style of
Feature-101 instead of Feature/101

Ex.
git commit -am "I like dragonfruit"

will end up being

[101] I like dragonfruit

If it can't take the path, just change the shabang to
#!C:/Program\ Files/Git/usr/bin/sh.exe

To set the hook on a mac, the file must also be named prepare-commit-msg , and don't forget to update its permissions by running `chmod +x prepare-commit-msg``
