Defining the Relationship (DTR) Questions:

  1. When are group members available to work together? What hours can each group member work individually? Are there any personal time commitments that need to be discussed? B: Team collab daily ends at 6:30. M & C: Leave by 8. Prime collab time: 4-630 daily plus scheduled work time. Weekend: Meet here on Saturday at 11 AM at least til 6 PM. Sam: ? Chris: No Friday night Beth: Dogs at 7 Mark: nope

  2. What does each group member hope to get out of the project? Beth: Learn Rspec Chris: Cement (Apply) the skills we've been using so far. Incorporating Google graph extension. Practice agile development. Mark: Better tests Sam: Practice agile development

  3. How will group members communicate? How often will communication happen, and how will open lines of communication be maintained?

Daily 5 min standup at noon

  1. What is expected of group members when they run into problems implementing a feature? After 5 minutes of "full-blown stuck" we will reach out to a group member.

  2. Is there anything else the group should know about personal work/communication styles? Give honest feedback!

  3. Our personal learning styles: Sam & Chris like to talk things out. Likes to explain his thought process to get feedback on it. Mark likes to watch.
