Windows 11 24H2: Adding Simplified Chinese Language Pack via DISM

Disclaimer: This tutorial is specifically designed for Windows 11 24H2 version. Using this guide on 23H2 or 22H2 versions may result in error 0x800f0818 when installing the .CAB language pack.

Steps:

Obtain the Simplified Chinese Language Pack from OneDrive or the Windows ISO.
- If using the Windows ISO, mount the ISO and locate the Microsoft-Windows-LanguageFeatures-Basic-zh-cn-xxx.cab file. You will also need the Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePackzh-CN.appx bundle which you can get from the OneDrive.
