The intro should come first before any questions and explain the purpose of the survey as a whole.

How much free time do you spend on Free Time Activities where you learn or share something? (PER WEEK) should be reworded to On average, how much time do you spend per week on Free Time Activities where you learn or share something?

Question 3

It's a little ambiguous what this question is asking

How much of your Free Time Activities were influenced by information you found on the Internet? Are you trying to work out how much influence the internet had on what people did with their free time How much of an influence is the Internet on how you spend your Free Time Activities?

Pretty much as question 3

Question 5

Wording should probably flow more along the lines of the following

Would any of the following improve the quality of the time you spend on Free Time Activities

Then maybe have a question 5a with

Are there any other things you could suggest that would improve the time you spend on Free Time Activities

Question 6

Do you think a network where you could share, discover information and connect to people that shares your Free Time Activities could improve or enrich the experience? Should probably end up more like Do you think a network where you could share, discover information and connect to people that engage in similar Free Time Activities would be of interest

not sure about using FTA in the rest of questions do you think it's clear for anyone? I know for you it would be you = programmer + PI^2

It's reasonably common thing to do, but I wouldn't worry about it much
