Use ntfsfix

  • list disk 
    sudo fdisk -l
  • user ntfsfix command
sudo ntfsfix /dev/sdaX

with sdaX is the device in NTFS

Use ntfs-3g

if ntfsfix is not working use ntfs-3g

sudo ntfs-3g -o remove_hiberfile /dev/sdXN /path/to/mount
