 * link[/opt/gitlab/service/redis] action create
  - create symlink at /opt/gitlab/service/redis to /opt/gitlab/sv/redis
 * ruby_block[wait for redis service socket] action run

execute this command on the server in another terminal

systemctl start gitlab-runsvdir.service
