Oscillating Sine Wave Rendered with JavaScript

The JavaScript function to plot a sine wave is Math.sin(), which may be called repeatedly and given a different y-axis starting point. Furthermore, the draw() function makes repeated calls via window.requestAnimationFrame(draw).
