Hi Aryan, thanks for this, and your advice on a Longform setup in general, what would be amazing is a toggle shortcut to make the references visible/invisible... Sometimes they are useful and it's a hassle to edit the css tweaks each time... perhaps something the developers want to build into Logseq...

It would also be great for embedded blocks and pages to be cleanly in line with the text, i.e. if there were also a toggle that would display embedded context as if it were part of the main text.

A third thing, would be the markdown export... which would allow for concatenation and easy export... perhaps there's a better place to post these feature requests.. (!)...not expecting you to solve them all!
