sudo rm -fr /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin
sudo rm -fr /Library/PreferencePanes/JavaControlPanel.prefPane

According to this you can also remove sudo rm -fr ~/Library/Application\ Support/Oracle/Java
