Hello, this should be run in jupyter?

Yes. This should be run in jupyter on an instance with mbsystem installed.

Would be better to convert this to the bash mode for jupyter so that all the bangs (!) aren't necessary.

Thanks. I ran these lines on the terminal and went fairly well, without the bangs. I tried to follow the cookbook instructions with the examples files but I got an error creating the ancillary data files, so I couldn't get forward.
