 FRAUDULENT PAYMENT #1 - $625 (2015)

 Mar 8, 2015 - John emails Chad, a partner at the labels, and asks him to pay for multiple releases, one of which is the payment in question: http://cl.ly/3d3Z1X1s051G

 Mar 9, 2015 - Chad pays the invoice via PayPal http://cl.ly/0E0O3h3C1Y2q

 Fast forward to may 2016, a week after John resigns from our company, we begin to investigate all of our payments that we’ve made on these labels to establish who paid for what, and many of these payments do not make sense. They don’t match up to artists or managers that we’ve been in contact with. 

 May 2016 - We reach out to the artists.  http://cl.ly/1T003m330t09 They respond that they have no idea what these payments are for, and they do not recognize the email address.

 June 2016 - We finally find the answers.  After reaching out to all of the parties involved, we finally get the email that we were waiting for. http://cl.ly/1d1z0v252230 John spent our money, not on releases for our labels, but for a personal service that he needed. He did it without asking our permission, and lied to us about the intent of the payment. 

 This is just one of many instances where John has defrauded his partners. These actions are highly illegal and we are going to seek criminal charges against him for not just defrauding us of our money, but our time and energy. Not only did he destroy his friendships with his two oldest friends, but he sought to steal our hard work after being caught being a thief. 

 Thank you for reading this and we urge you to share this information with anyone else that might be affected by his actions. We will be in touch when we have the final document that outlines the entire scope of fraud that he has committed. 

 We also want everyone to know that we are not closing down the labels, in fact, quite the opposite. The amount of love and support that we’ve been shown is a testament to the work that we were doing here and we will continue on a whole new trajectory here and do our best work yet. Hopefully with many of you!
