Pasta with pesto

| Ingredients: | |
| * 500g spinach tagliatelle | |
| * 2 cups tightly packed fresh basil leaves | |
| * 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped | |
| * 1/3 cup pine nuts | |
| * 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese | |
| * 3/4 cup olive oil | |
| * salt and pepper | |
| Method: | |
| 1. Add tagliatelle to a large pan of rapidly boiling water. Cook until tender. Drain well and return pasta to pan. While pasta is cooking, put basil, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor and blend until finely ground. Add cheese and process until well combined. | |
| 2. With motor running, slowly pour olive oil into food processor. Add enough pesto sauce to pasta to coat well. Season. |
