| - Ask Helpdesk (with an email or issue) for "Outlook for Mac 2015" | |
| - They should give you a login for https://portal.office.com/ | |
| - From the portal: | |
| - Click the 'Gear/Cog' in top right | |
| - 'Office 365 Settings' | |
| - 'Software' | |
| - Then under 'Get Outlook for Mac', click 'Install' | |
| - While it's downloading, uninstall Outlook 2011: | |
| - Quit Outlook | |
| - If it's still in your dock, drag it to Trash | |
| - Drag /Applications/Microsoft Outlook.app' to Trash | |
| - ONLY TRASH OUTLOOK. Not the rest of office. | |
| - Install Outlook 2015 | |
| - Start Outlook 2015 | |
| - You'll need to go through a few prompts to 'Activate' the Office365 account. |
