This exercise is meant to take about 60 minutes (after departure) and teach basic skills needed to be a good fleet member. It should be a place where questions can be asked and mistakes can be made without risking the fleet.

Reason for this exercise
- Pilots come on coms late
- Pilots must understand coms are important, even if they are not yet on the meetup place
- Pilots should know where to get the passwords ofr the roams
- Meet on close to one ship close to a station

Reason for this exercise
- Pilots should be close to the blops ship so that blopsing goes fast and in one step
- Bumping must be avoided
- Its hard to get a fleet that is parked
- Sort out fitting questions (bomb launcher fitted, the right bombs)
- When you are coming from far out keep communicating the number of jumps from time to time
- Get info from FC if you are gonna make it
Reason for this exercise
- Fleet memebers will get unrelaxed if the dont know the departure time of fleet
- FCs need that info
- It chills everyone out
- A clear call can be made for a go so everyone has a trigger for that adrenaline that is a natural part of any BB run
Movement is a very important thing.
- Warp to a fleet mamber, cloaked and then X up

- X up and W up is a very important thing to keep coms free for communication
- 10 people you dont knwo saying: I am there is not helpful
- Keeps coms free for chitchat or fc coordinating things
- Fleet memebers do not ask for this practice when with fcs who dont do it. This should encourage pilots to request this from fc's

- FC places a can 30 km off the gate
- fleet is sent to one of left, above, far or close
- FC warps close to the can
- fleet is told to warp to fc on 10 km, stay cloaked
- align to a safespot (asteroid belt etc. )
- ON command
- decloak
- Target the can
- shoot
- Burn off as soon as it is dead
- After Cheering the fleet up: regroup in cloaked state
Reason for this exercise
- Have a little shooting
- Understand alignment gets you faster in warp
- Make sure everyone follows the commands, even if the prey is a easy target
- Make sure pilots maintain order in general
- Make sure pilots udnerstand that they can not decloak by flying intoa cloaked ship
