Use fennel to write the awesome-wm config

How to write an awesome-wm config with Fennel

Awesome-WM is a X11 window manager, that is configured via Lua. Fennel is a Lisp for Lua. This shows a general setup of how to write your awesome-wm config using fennel directly without the compilation step (which would also work, but is not needed).

General setup

E3372s-153 from Stick mode to HiLink mode automatic installer

E3372s from STICK to HiLink mode installer

You need

  • curl, usb-modeswitch, grep, awk, sudo (not necessary, last step can fail safely)
  • balong_flash in $PATH ( https://github.com/forth32/balongflash.git )
  • atinout in $PATH ( https://github.com/beralt/atinout.git will work fine )
  • 2 files we flash (core sw update version 22.x, WebUI installer), we use these (you can probably use different balong-compatible):
    • core sw: "E3372sUpdate_22.298.03.02.965.BIN" / "E3372sUpdate_22.298.03.02.965.exe"
    • webui: "Update_WEBUI_17.100.06.00.03_Hilink_V7R2_9x25_CPIO.exe"

A set of instructions on how to fix the harfbuzz + Infinality issue and restoring good-looking, Infinality-like font rendering.

Disclaimer: Please follow this guide being aware of the fact that I'm not an expert regarding the things outlined below, however I made my best attempt. A few people in IRC confirmed it worked for them and the results looked acceptable.

Attention: After following all the steps run gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders --update-cache as root, this prevents various gdk-related bugs that have been reported in the last few hours. Symptoms are varied, and for Cinnamon the DE fails to start entirely while for XFCE the icon theme seemingly can't be changed anymore etc.

Check the gist's comments for any further tips and instructions, especially if you are running into problems!

Experimental Docker Libnetwork DHCP Driver

The DHCP driver is intended for users to be able to integrate Docker IP address management with their existing IPAM strategies that use DHCP for dynamic address assignment. DHCP enables users to allocate addresses in an organized fashion that will prevent overlapping IP address assignment by associating a unique MAC address from the container eth0 Ethernet interface to an IP address as determined by the DHCP pools defined in the DHCP configuration.

This driver only provides the DHCP client functionality. It does not include a DHCP server. The default driver offers single-host IPAM or for distributed multi-host orchestrated IPAM see the libnetwork overlay driver.
