XDebug with Local & Bedrock

• Install https://github.com/felixfbecker/vscode-php-debug as an extension to VS Code
• Install https://github.com/benmatselby/xdebug-toggler as an extension to Safari
• In VS Code click Debug -> Start Debugging
• Paste the contents of launch.json
• Add some breakpoints and start debugging :)
