$ mkdir -p ~/.irssi/scripts/autorun
$ (cd ~/.irssi/scripts/; wget https://scripts.irssi.org/scripts/cap_sasl.pl; ln -s ../cap_sasl.pl autorun/)
$ irssi
/sasl set <network> <nick> <password> DH-BLOWFISH
/sasl save
