@ChetanGoti, thanks! I'm not a macOS user, but I added a new file download-redisinsight-mac.sh -- if there is a better name let me know.
For Intel Macs, Redis v2 URL is https://download.redisinsight.redis.com/latest/RedisInsight-v2-mac-x64.dmg
