Phase 1 - Wheels
1) Prep three 5 gallon buckets by rinsing any dirt, grime, or residue and discard water.
2) Fill one 5 gallon bucket with water (normal hose temperature) [Rinse Bucket]
3) Fill one 5 gallon bucket with 2oz of Adams Car Shampoo and agitate with water to produce suds [Tire Bucket]
4) Reserve final 5 gallon bucket for washing the car in a later step
