How to present yourself

Structuring the presentation

  1. Brief
  2. Challenges
  3. Goals
  4. Unique Solution

Example:

  1. The Mission: Who is the client? Location? What are the clients wants and needs?
  2. Service: List of services (Brand Strategy, Brand Identity Design)
  3. The Outcome: What have you learned? What evolved from your experienced information?
  4. The Impact: How did your change impact the clients of your client? What changed?

Question that might pop into the viewers head

  • Did you rebrand the product or does it not exist?
  • How is it different to the original?
  • Does your solution solve the problem?
  • What was your role in the concept?
  • Where is the product goint to be placed?
  • How did you researched?
  • How did you attempt the problem?
  • What was your thought process?
  • What team worked on the project?
  • What was your role in the team?
  • What does your design mean?
  • How where the design choices you make consistant with the finding of research?

Tipps

  • Add your best project to the top left.
  • Instill trust in the client.
  • Spelling errors will eliminate you as a candidate.
  • Add context on how you arrived at the solution.
  • Showing scale is crucial.
