From the very start, John was professional, friendly and straightforward - there were no games, no dramatic negotiations - no stress. It was apparent on the test drive that he was genuinely excited about the car and some of the newer features. So was I. I came in with a nationally advertised deal that lacked some features I had wanted, so we built on that. John assured me he would get me the best price he could and he did not disappoint. David Grin handled the financial aspect seamlessly. What a great guy. He is extremely thorough in a very low-key way. Again, I knew I was in good hands. I could have been having coffee with a friend. The art of Westchester Toyota is allowing the customer to experience the excitement, not the stress of buying a car. Any salesperson can be motivated to sell not all are so truly invested in their customer. I love my Corolla and think this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship.",
