Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using PSC WiNNER Applicaiton


Conditions of use

By using this app, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to uninstall the app accordingly. PSC WiNNNER only grants use and access of this App, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
Privacy policy
Before you continue using our App, we advise you to read our privacy policy available in app regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.


Age restriction

You must be at least 18 (Eighteen) years of age before you can use this app. By using this application, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. PSC WiNNER assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
Intellectual property
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this APP are the property of PSC WiNNER. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the PSC WiNNER's intellectual property and content in any way, including electronic, digital, or in any other form.


User accounts

As a user of this app, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the app, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.


Pricing on Application

The subscription plan in the app is based on its material, content and validity of the pack. Before purchasing any services you must check validity, price and all the features of pack. If you are not satisfied with the content/material, refund will be provided within 10 Days of time.  We don't have any legal responsibility on payment related disputes after 10 Days of purchase of the pack. We reserve all rights to change the pricing at any time without any notice.


Errors and Corrections

The App does not guarantee that the Services and Questions offered through the app will be error-free, PSC WiNNER guarantee that defects will be corrected immediately if user notified that. The Developer may make improvements and/or changes to the App and their features and functionality at any time, and will use reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting peak hours, though some downtime may occur.
We reserve the right to amend the Content, and any service or material we provide on the App, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Platform is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all of the App to Users


Limitation on liability

PSC WiNNER is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our Application.
PSC WiNNER reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through Notification. This Agreement is an understanding between PSC WiNNER and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this Application
