pygmentize v2.0 now supports fontsize. Also you could pass all command line arguments onto pygmentize, e.g.

pygmentize -f rtf -O 'fontface= Monaco,fontsize=60,style= tango' "$@" | tr -d '\n' | sed 's;\\par}$;};' | pbcopy
