| * The "start over" button was just a few pixels away from the "continue" | |
| button | |
| * The phone number fields included a "country" pulldown with numeric country | |
| codes, good thing I knew mine off the top of my head, but not exactly | |
| friendly | |
| * The phone number "area" field was limited to 3 characters... but area codes | |
| in the UK are 4 (5 if you include the leading 0) | |
| * There was no visible indication that I had gone over the 3 character limit, | |
| so the first time I submitted the form I got to the confirmation and saw | |
| that one of the numbers in my phone's area code had been silently lost... | |
| * ... at which point I tried to edit the phone number, but the only option I | |
| could see was "start over"... so I did | |
| * and of course it had forgotten EVERYTHING I had previously entered | |
| * so then I tried leaving the area code field blank and putting my whole | |
| number in the strangely named "cell" field | |
| * but that field has a limit of 15 characters! | |
| * finally, I figured out that putting the first three characters of the area | |
| code in the "area" field, then prefixing the rest of my number with the | |
| last of the characters in my area code, worked | |
| * I got to the end... clicked the "print my schedule" button and the popup | |
| told me that I couldn't do that because I either had bad cookies, had | |
| waited too long, had used the back button or had opened another browser | |
| window. |
